Becoming an entrepreneur has become one of my lifelong goals as I’ve begun to think about my future. Regardless of its risks, I see myself in the position of a future businesswoman who can overcome any challenge that comes her way. In my eyes, this camp is just the first step towards achieving that goal, and most likely an important one for the future. I learned a lot over the course of this past week that I know will help me pursue future business endeavors in my career. Understanding the fundamentals of marketing through both financial and cultural aspects taught me to value my customers, but also my business to maximize entrepreneurship opportunities. I learned to analyze different aspects of entrepreneurship to ensure success in my own business plan. I was encouraged to ask difficult questions and answer them myself. Most importantly, I learned what it meant to be a good business leader and the importance of working with others in business. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to learn and grow. As I transition into high school this year, I can confidently say that this camp has inspired me to pursue entrepreneurship and leadership in my own community.

This business and entrepreneurship class was informative, and I enjoyed getting to learn more about a field I hadn’t really looked into before. The activities were fun, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon session where I could work with my teammate on our business plan and integrate information from the morning class into our ideas. The lectures were helpful and covered a lot of information. I liked how interactive the class was, and being able to answer questions through the chat was a nice feature because I think it made some of my answers more thorough and thought out. The class was also properly paced and having the breaks between lectures helped me absorb more of the information.

This week-long academy in Entrepreneurship and Leadership covered topics from business and finance to management and more. The teachers, Serena and Muzhi were great mentors, and I appreciate how detailed and informative their slides were. They were also very patient and encouraging whenever I had any questions.
As for the activities and exercises, I think it was a good choice to give us, the students, such freedom to create a business plan ourselves. It was definitely a fun experience to do research and develop a business without having to worry about sticking to a theme we have to follow.
Finally, Serena and Muzhi gave insightful feedback when we would present our progress on our business at the end of each session.

Our camp on entrepreneurship was full of knowledge. The lessons that we learned and the information gained in this camp can be attributed to the presentations of our teachers and guest lecturers so great thanks to them. We learned about business plans, angel investors, LLCs, cooperations, and the many paths that we can take to create a company. We learned about the many steps that we must take to become an entrepreneur and the hardships they face. The past 5 days have truly been informative and insightful to the experiences of an entrepreneur and will help immensely if I choose to walk this path.

The camp was pretty good and i did enjoy it. It was a bit boring though cause it was online but the content was good. Most of the content I already knew but there were some new things that I learned from the camp. Overall if i would change anything it would to make it in person and have more hard topics compared to the easy topics we discussed. Thanks!
