Stephany Yu is the Founder and General Partner of Sunwater Capital, an investment firm focused on real estate, healthcare, and data in the US and overseas. Yu is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact. She is the Founder and Chairwoman of Yuan Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports education, culture, and community development for the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. She is also the Chairwoman of the International Leadership Foundation Entrepreneurship & Innovation Committee, which fosters leadership and entrepreneurship among young AAPI professionals. Yu holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Fudan University.

Mr. Cui received his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D.’s degree in philosophy from Fudan University. From 1989-1996, he was a faculty at East China Normal University, He has also served as Secretary General of Chinese and Western Philosophy and Culture Comparative Research Center in Shanghai. He was visiting professor of Pacific University in Oregon 1996-1997 and visiting scholar of Department of East Asia Studies in Harvard University, and Havard-Yenching Institute in Boston 1997-1998. He has been engaged in international trading, commercial real estate and e-commerce business since 2000 in New York, Miami and Los Angels. Paul Li is the founder of Calvin J Li Memorial Foundation, whose mission is to help bridge the cultural gap between Asian immigrant parents and their American-born children, raise the awareness of emotional wellbeing of the children, and promote supportive social and family environment for the children to reach their full potential. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for United Chinese Americans, and Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC).
Paul is also the founder of FHL Investment Management Company, serving investment needs for individuals and institutions. Previously he was a partner and senior equity analyst at Brown Advisory, a Baltimore-based investment management company. Paul obtained his Ph. D and MBA from Cornell University, a Master’s degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and A Bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University.
Paul came to the US in 1991 from China. He now lives with his wife and daughter in Rockville Maryland.

With a master’s degree in library science from SUN YAT-SEN University and a bachelor’s degree in medical informatics from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, Haiyan brings a wealth of experience in education and management. She has extensive experience in multi-level teaching, especially in course design and curriculum development. Haiyan is an education manager and operations manager at Yuan Foundations, and responsible for the design, promotion, implementation, and external communication of education programs.
Haiyan’s career began as a reference librarian at Guangzhou Medical University, where she honed her expertise in research and information management. Her professional background also includes roles as a teacher of classical and modern Chinese, a special education educator, and a long-term volunteer at a Chinese school, all of which highlight her unwavering commitment to education and student development.
